At Bjertorp Castle, we invite you to a Christmas buffet where tradition is central, but every detail is carefully selected.

Here, classic flavors meet ingredients from the plains, forests, and nearby producers. Our Christmas buffet is laid out in the dining room and features Sweden's most beloved Christmas dishes - from herring and fish to warm dishes and sweets - with elements of game and seasonal greens.

The lunch begins with the castle's apple mulled wine and the first festive notes of Christmas, continuing in an atmosphere where the pace is calm, conversations are long, and the experience is the focus.

It's a Christmas buffet to gather around. Timeless, flavorful, and warm.
