Bjertorp Castle has been an important place for meetings and parties since 1914, which is probably why we do it so well today. It is when the castle's ancient environment is woven together with your dreams and our vision of a really good meeting that new history is written. A meeting at Bjertorp Castle has a high chance of being the best you've ever had.

Below you will find frequently asked questions and answers about our conference facilities at Bjertorp Slott.

Do you have conference rooms for large meetings?

We have extensive and extensive experience in both small and large meetings. Our conference facilities offer:

  • Conference room for up to 100 people in cinema seating.
  • A total of four conference rooms and several breakout spaces.
  • Possibility to rent the entire castle exclusively for your company.
  • Banquet and dinner room for up to 120 seated guests.
  • Many possibilities for dance floors.

Do you offer free cancellation?

We have free cancellation for all conferences. The length of time before arrival for which free cancellation applies depends on the size of the arrangement. For current conditions see our cancellation policy.

Do you have all the technical equipment I need?

In all meeting rooms we have large screens of 75-98 inches with high resolution and brightness. We also offer wireless image transmission without the need for additional software. There is also USB-C and HDMI.

For parties and events where you want even more advanced technology for sound, light and image, we are happy to help you with this.

Where can we eat?

We have five different dining rooms and lounges for both lunch and dinner. There is also the possibility to book chambre separée for those companies who want to guarantee privacy during the meal.

During the Vanka celebration, there are additional opportunities for dinner tables. For example, you might want to let the red carpet lead you from the pre-drink at the castle out to a tent in the castle park?

Our largest dining room The Music Hall can accommodate up to 120 seated guests.

How many rooms and suites do you have?

Bjertorp Slott has 35 hotel rooms and suites with 65 beds, another 100 beds are available in nearby hotels.

Do you offer chambre separée?

All of our salons can be booked as chambre separée. Whether you want to sit exclusively during a business lunch, an important breakfast or a festive dinner, we can book all our lounges exclusively for you and your company.

Do you have parking?

Yes. Free parking is available in designated parking lot right next to the castle.

We also have 8 charging stops. They cannot be pre-booked. You pay on the spot by scanning a QR code on the pole.
