We serve food and drink with a strong focus on our local food and beverage suppliers — always with the best ingredients of the season in the center. Spearheaded by our Michelin chef Christopher Lai, every meal becomes an experience, whether you choose to enjoy a sit-down dinner in the Music Hall, a relaxed after-work session in the castle's lounges or afternoon tea in front of the bonfire.
