Christmas Buffet at the Castle

At Bjertorp Castle, we invite you to a Christmas buffet where tradition takes center stage, but every detail is carefully selected.

Here, classic flavors meet ingredients from the plains, forests, and nearby producers. The Christmas buffet features Sweden's most beloved Christmas dishes – from herring and fish to warm dishes and sweets – with elements of game and seasonal greens.

The lunch begins with the castle's apple mulled wine and the first notes of Christmas, continuing in an environment where the pace is calm, conversations are long, and the experience is the focus.

We have several different conference activities to offer. For example, you can challenge each other in our Christmas Quiz. You'll compete in teams in a quiz fully focused on Christmas and its traditions. Guess the intro to Christmas music, lyrics, Christmas calendars through the ages, Christmas hosts on TV, and much more. It's the perfect way to start the evening before your Christmas buffet.
