We serve Christmas at your table

At Bjertorp Slott, we cook Christmas food based on the ingredients of the Varasllätten. Christmas on the table invites you to traditional Christmas flavors with room for a few surprises. We start with the sharing-dishes served, then you get to go to the game buffet and finally the goodie table awaits.

Served dishes to share

To get in the mood, we serve you apple mulled wine and gingerbread snacks on arrival. Next, we serve the flavors of Christmas directly to your table during four different servings in sharing format. And you, that's just asking for more herring or or if you find another favorite you can't get enough of.

Local Game Buffet

New for this year is the game buffet. Here we serve selected products from our local hunter from Vara, Magnus Vilt. Moose salami, fallow deer and Christmas ham made from wild boar to name a few.

In conclusion, you can go to the goodie table where we serve up Christmas sweets and cookies.
