Celebrate Easter and welcome the spring season in the grand surroundings of Bjertorp Castle. Throughout the Easter weekend, we honour the season with our chefs’ interpretation of spring flavours, champagne experiences, and outdoor activities in the castle park.
Easter lunch is served on Good Friday, Holy Saturday and Easter Sunday at 13:00–15:00.
The menu includes a starter, main course, and an Easter cake with coffee.
In keeping with tradition, Easter weekend coincides with our popular Champagne Weekend. For those wishing to add a luxurious touch to the holiday, we warmly recommend joining our champagne tasting.
Maundy Thursday-Easter Day
Champagne expert Magnus Fritzell joins us in the castle bar, serving sparkling favourites from Thursday to Saturday. Raise a glass and explore a flight of three different champagnes. Alongside the bubbles, we offer perfectly paired bar snacks such as canapés, cheese from Sivans Osthandel, and root vegetable crisps with truffle emulsion.
Easter Sunday
As always, our Easter Egg Hunt takes place in the castle park on Easter Sunday – a charming tradition for both children and adults.
Please note: participation is only for guests with a lunch reservation, and one egg per family.

Stroll through the castle grounds, discover more about the estate’s fascinating history, and enter to win lovely prizes from the castle. Prizes are awarded throughout the weekend.
