An exclusive kitchen and culinary expertise is one of Bjertorp's
specialties. Combine your business meeting with delicious food and
wine.
Choose a menu that fits the moment best. The restaurant is open
seven days a week and serves delicious meals for small and large
groups. Or just come in and enjoy a snack from our Brasserie menu,
where you can get a lovely creamy home made soup or pan fried trout
from Lake Vätten.
Our castle dinners change seasonally. Seasons are changing because
the climate in our country is constantly changing due to global
warming.
In order to offer you local and Swedish produce we will be
changing our menus according to the following periods ...
Early spring - January 18 to March 31 we serve the root
vegetables and deer
Spring - April 1 to June 13, we serve asparagus and rhubarb.
Summer - June 14 to September 5, we serve Swedish strawberries and
fresh potatoes
Autumn - September 6 to November 27, we serve autumn berries and
Swedish fruit
Winter - November 28 to December 22, we serve wild game and local
root vegetables
We have collected ingredients from the suppliers around the region
and have let the seasons influence our menu. In our beautiful
dining room we have the ability to serve everything from romantic
meals for two, to dinners with up to 150 guests.
