Below you will find some common questions that our guests often ask before their arrival. We have tried to include some short answers, but if you would like to know more you are welcome to contact us.

#Do you have a loyalty program?
-Yes, you may collect points on your SAS Euro bonus card or Gold Points Plus, which is valid in all Park Inn, Radisson, and Country Inn hotels. Read more at www.rzqp.com

#Do you have an Internet Connection?
- We have wireless internet in all of our hotel rooms at the castle and in the hunting cottage.

#What time is Check-In and Check-Out?
-Check-In is from 15:00 every day and check-Out 10:00 weekdays and 11:00 on weekends. (Applies to everyday during summer)

# Are there rooms for smokers?
- The entire Castle is smoke-free. Smoking is restricted to outside the entrance or on the terrace.

#Directions
- Bjertorp Slott is located 4km from E20 between Vara and Skara. Signs are located on the E20. For more detailed directions click here.

#When does the restaurant open
Our restaurant is open weekdays between 12:00-14:00 and 19:00-20:30. Weekends it is open from13:00-15:00 and from19:00- 20:30. See our weekly menu. Here, we also offer our bar menu.

# Do you have a sauna/relaxation area?
-We have a sauna in our social room. If you would like a massage you will need to book it in advance.

#Are there trails for running?
-There are no lighted trails, however, an unlighted walking trail can be found on the property.

# Is there a gym at the hotel?
-No, however, there is a stationary bike.

# What do you mean by "a room in the hunting cottage"?
-Our hunting cottage is an annex building 50m outside the castle with 4 double rooms.

#Do you have pornography free TV channels?
-Yes
